Policies
Many items featured in my shop are completely customizable! I can change colors, add or delete wording and change placements of designs to create the custom item of your dreams! I LOVE custom orders so if you see something you like but want it to be YOURS just contact me! If you don't see something that is just right for you contact me anyway and chances are GREAT that I can find and/or create the design that you are looking for.
For corporate logos and apparel, in many cases a one-time charge for logo conversion will apply in addition to the product and embroidery fees.
Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is 10-15 business days (Mon.-Fri.) from the date of purchase and ALL details of the order are received...this would include size, long or short sleeve, fabric choices, date needed by...and so forth. :-)
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery once your order has been mailed. :-)
If you are needing a RUSH order PLEASE contact me before placing your order so that I can let you know if I have the time allowed to accomodate your request. The rush fee is $10.00.
Payment
For web purchases, I accept paypal. Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase or I will relist the item. Please contact me if you need time to pay. I'm willing to work with you if I know what to expect.
For local drop off/pick up embroidery only work, I accept cash or venmo on pickup.
Shipping
I ship everything by USPS First Class mail, with the exception of large orders...they ship by USPS Parcel Post. I can NOT guarantee delivery time, as that is on the Post Office. Upgrading to Priority usually ships 2-3 days, and parcel post can be up to 9 business days.
***I will ship to other countries but I will charge the EXACT shipping that it costs to ship. Please contact me first for shipping charges to countries other than the United States. All international orders will ship by First Class mail. Should the weight of the package exceed first class limits, I will contact you with the available options.
Also please keep in mind that when I ship to other countries it is out of my hands the minute the package is accepted by my local shipper. Unless we ship it International Guaranteed (VERY spendy) there will be NO tracking number, just a customs number. I can NOT control customs or shipping times. If you are concerned about your package PLEASE purchase the additional insurance or upgrade to International guaranteed so that your order will be covered in the event that it is lost or delayed. I don't want any sad customers if their package doesn't arrive in a timely fashion. ***
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of my custom items they are non returnable. However if the product has any kind of defect or mistake on my part I will HAPPILY fix my mistake. Please make sure you provide correct details the first to ensure accuracy. Once a proof is approved, any mistakes can not be refunded or replaced.
Products with timely information (MomAgenda calendars) are also non-refundable.
Other products may be returned for a full refund of the current price. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return.

Being 'Green'
Two Fish Artistry is conscious about doing our part to ensure a happier earth. We use recycled and organic products when available, as long as quality is not sacrificed. We are also using a 'Green Energy' web host (servers are powered by wind energy) to try and reduce our little carbon footprint on the web. We have cloth diapered babies in our home, and love seeing more moms learn about and convert to a reusable diaper plan. This is why we've taken the steps to become an authorized Fuzzi Bunz reseller, to offer the same great quality products we used to you, our customer.
